Welcome to my blog!
Life is journey. It’s made up of countless moments. Most pass us by without a second though. Others are such profound moments, they feel like a line is cut across our life, defining everything as before and after. I posted my first blog as I worked to process a trauma that was one of these cuts in my life.
Going forward, I will revisit the moments I experienced within that trauma, because I know there are people who need to hear it, and it is part of my journey. But I have made peace with that moment, and I’m looking forward to sharing many other moments.
